Dale Pluim has been in the real estate profession since 1989. He obtained his brokers license and started Realty Associates in 1991. As the broker of a very active real estate company, he sees his primary duty as making sure the details are covered in every transaction.

In his spare time, Dale enjoys "laking" with family and friends, golfing, and spending time with his wife, Jill, and his children Amber, J.D., and Autumn.

Hi, I am Jill Pluim and I have lived in Orange City my entire life. My husband, Dale Pluim (Broker) and I started Realty Associates in 1991. I absolutely love my job and the people I meet everyday. I stay very busy with my family, our oldest daughter, Amber opened her own business INDULGENCE SALON & SPA, in 2006 on main street Orange City. JD is a Freshman at Northwestern College and very active in sports, he continues to own and operate a painting business with his partner James Hellinga called J & J Painting. Autumn is a Freshman at Unity Christian and just enjoys being involved in everything.

I'm Jill Vanden Bosch - the newest Sales Associate at Realty Associates. My husband, Bryan, and our four children moved to Orange City in 2003. Although we are fairly new to the community, we feel we have been a part of Orange City for a long time. Bryan has worked at Civco (formally Med-Tec) in Orange City since 1990, and our children attend school at Unity Christian and Orange City Christian.

Carl and his wife, Nan, are "empty nesters," who enjoy visiting their children. Carl also enjoys golf and always hopes the winter is short.

Jim Van Gorp has been working in sales for more than 30 years. Jim and his wife, Audrey, have two adult children, Dan and Krista, and are the proud grandparents of Grant and Anneke Van Gorp.

Kris has been with Realty Associates since 2001 has enjoyed getting to know the inside workings of the real estate business. She has lived in Orange City for over 25 yrs and believes this is a great community for individuals and families.
